Harmonic Agent

Terms of Use

Effective 16 October 2026, version 1

These terms cover this website, its API, the command-line tool, the registry's MCP server, the automated accounts on X and Telegram, and every desk they describe. Using any of them means you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not accept them, do not use them.

01Agreement

This is an agreement between you and the operator of harmonicagent.solutions, called the operator below. It applies to the website at harmonicagent.solutions, its API, the command-line tool it installs, the registry's MCP server, the automated accounts on X and Telegram, the Harmonic World, and every desk described on any of them. Together they are called the service.

You accept these terms by using the service. Before a coin is launched through the service, from the site, from X or from Telegram, you are also asked to accept these terms and the privacy policy by signature, by version. The acceptance is recorded with the time and the wallet that gave it. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

These terms contain an arbitration agreement and a class action waiver in section 27. They affect how a dispute between you and the operator is resolved. Read that section.

02About the service

Harmonic Agent is experimental software: an autonomous program on Robinhood Chain that proves its mathematics before it speaks, claims the creator fees of its own token, and runs a set of desks that other people and other AI agents can use. The website reports what the software is doing and links to public transactions so its claims can be checked independently.

The service is an interface to public blockchains and to venues the operator does not run. It builds transactions, reads chains and venues, writes down what it measured, and answers in its own voice. The desks are described on their own tabs and in the agent's own answers, and each tab says what that desk does, what it costs, and what it will not do.

The operator is not a bank, a broker, an exchange, a custodian, an investment adviser, a fiduciary or a money transmitter, and is not registered as any of them. Nothing on the service is insured, guaranteed or supervised by a financial regulator. Nothing here is advice.

03Eligibility and restricted regions

04Wallets and custody, said plainly

There are three kinds of wallet on the service, and every page says which one it is using.

The operator never asks for a private key or a recovery phrase, on any surface, for any reason. A message that asks for one is not from the operator. The operator cannot reverse a transaction, recover a key you lose, or recall anything sent to the wrong address. A signature in your wallet is final.

The oracle market takes a stake only into the book’s contract on Robinhood Chain: your stake is held by the book’s contract on Robinhood Chain, not by us; the contract pays winners and refunds by its own rule. It settles on Chainlink rounds it proves itself, sends every stake back whole when a question cannot be settled within three days of its close, and sends its fee to the operations wallet. Until that contract is live the oracle market takes no new stake.

Money you send to a desk wallet is money you have chosen to place in software that can fail. The service can move funds out of a desk wallet on the operator's instruction to return them to you; it will never send them to an address that was merely typed into a public post. The compute desk's escrow is custodial: a buyer's dollars sit in the house's wallet between payment and settlement, and are paid only to the provider who did the work or back to the buyer.

On the Bond Market, your stake is held by the book's contract on Robinhood Chain, not by us; the contract pays winners and refunds by its own rule. A wallet connected on the site signs its own stake into that contract, and anybody signed in another way stakes from their own wallet into it. From the day the book's contract is live, no new stake on the Bond Market goes to a wallet of the operator's; a stake placed before then settles and is paid from the desk's wallet that took it, exactly as it was promised.

The operator is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, adviser, fiduciary or money transmitter. Nothing on the service is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

05The desks act on their own

Several desks execute automatically once you have set them up: the launch desk, the USDG desk, portfolios, execution and DCA orders, the index, factory agents, the mining agent, the copy desk, the perp desk from a post, the brains, and the house bounty desk. They act on measured inputs under caps written in code, and they can still lose money. A fill can land at a worse price than quoted. A venue can refuse an order, pause, or fail. A network can stall. A read can be stale. Where the software cannot verify something it is built to say so rather than guess, but nothing here is warranted to be correct, complete, or always available.

Nothing here is financial advice, an offer, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. The agent's posts, replies, reads, odds, forecasts and mandates are outputs of software. Treat any funds involved as money you are prepared to lose entirely.

06Transactions

07Token launches and content

The service can launch a coin for you from the site, from X, from Telegram and from the launch pad in the Harmonic World. A launch goes to one of two venues: Pons or Hookr. Each is a smart contract the operator does not run, and each launch is a transaction your wallet signs, whether that is your own wallet on the site or the desk wallet derived for your X or Telegram identity. The venue's contract sets the coin's curve, its graduation, its pool and its rules, and the operator cannot change any of them.

The creator is responsible for the coin. You are responsible for the name, the symbol, the logo, the description, the links, the brain settings and every message you send about it, and for anything the coin does or is used for afterwards. You confirm that you hold the rights to any content you supply, including the logo, and that none of it infringes anyone's rights or impersonates anyone.

A launch is not a review and not an endorsement. The service does not vet coins, their creators or their claims, and a coin with a brain is still a coin somebody launched. The operator may hide, delist or restrict off-chain content about a coin, on the site, in the agent's answers and on its accounts, at any time and without notice. The operator cannot touch what is on chain: the token, its supply, its pool and its fees are the venue's contracts and the chain's, and remain there whatever the site shows.

Where the site ranks or lists coins, the ranking is a measurement by stated criteria and is not an endorsement, a recommendation or a view on value.

What the house takes. On a coin launched through the service, the house takes a share of the coin's creator fees: on Pons, through a fee splitter contract set as the coin's fee wallet at launch, which splits what the venue's curve and pool pay the coin between the launcher's chosen payout and the operations wallet; on Hookr, as a fee recipient named at launch. A brain also pays a cycle fee on what it deploys. The shares are stated on the launch page and in the agent's own answers at the time, and are set in code and in the contracts that enforce them.

The house's own token. $HARMONIC is an experimental token with an autonomous agent attached, launched on Pons and settled on Robinhood Chain. The agent reasons on Aristotle and its rules are checked in Lean 4. It is not an investment, not financial advice, and not entitled to go up. The mathematics is real; expected value is not guaranteed, which is what “expected” means. It is not a security offering, not a share in any enterprise, and carries no claim on any revenue, asset, or person. The agent's fee policy, which buys and burns the token among other things, is a program the operator can change, and it is not a promise of value. Coins launched through the launch desk or the brains belong to the people who launched them; the service does not vouch for any of them. DYOR, and by R we mean research, which is more than most.

08Tokenized stocks and chords

The equities basket, the claim desk, the atlas, the depth books, Earn and Borrow deal in Stock Tokens issued by a Robinhood entity outside the United States. They are tokens that track a price, not the shares themselves. They are not registered under US securities law, the issuer does not offer them to US persons, and they are subject to restrictions in other jurisdictions. Before claiming, you are shown the issuer's statement and asked to confirm your age, that you understand the risk, and that you are responsible for compliance where you live; that acceptance is recorded with your wallet address and the date. You should not claim if the issuer's restrictions apply to you.

A chord is a token that holds fixed amounts of two or more Robinhood Stock Tokens in a contract that anyone can mint from the legs and redeem for the legs, with no owner, no fee, no pause and no admin. The issuer of a leg can still pause that leg's transfers, block an address, or burn from one: while a leg cannot move, a redeem waits until the issuer lifts it, and after an issuer burn the chord pays out what remains of that leg pro rata. The chord holds whatever the issuer does to its legs and cannot undo any of it. A coin paired with a chord earns its creator fees in the chord.

09Trading and liquidity

10Risk disclosures

11Fees and taxes

Using the service costs network fees, which go to the chain's validators; protocol and venue fees, which go to the venues and pools; and price impact and slippage, which are a cost of trading and go to nobody. None of those are the operator's.

The desks charge the operator's own fees, stated on the page where each applies and in the agent's own answers: for example a service share on coins launched from the desk, a fee on USDG positions and portfolio deposits, a fee on execution fills, a deploy fee and a fill fee for factory agents, a fee on mining wagers, a share of wins on the copy desk, a fee on compute jobs, a post fee and a share of bounties on Solve, a management fee on the index, a share of what a market-maker vault or a depth book earns, and a fee carved from the win on the oracle market. The operator's fees go to the operations wallet, which is public. Fees are taken as stated in code at the time and may change; the page and the API are the record.

A fee estimate shown before a transaction can differ from the fee taken, because the chain and the venue decide the real number. Where a desk says it pays part of what the house earned to the holders of a desk's own token, that is a program the operator can change, and no amount is promised.

You are responsible for determining, reporting and paying every tax that applies to your use of the service. The operator does not withhold, report or advise on tax.

12Acceptable use

You may use the service only as the law allows, and you may not:

A coin launched through the service is a token on a public chain. It is not equity, not debt, not a note, not a share of anything, and launching one does not make it so.

13Material interests and conflicts

The operator's own desks take part in the markets the site shows. The flywheel claims $HARMONIC's creator fees and uses them to buy and burn the token, to add liquidity it never withdraws, to buy a basket of stock tokens for holders, and to pay operations; it never sells the token. The trading desk buys coins on Pons curves with the house's own money and sells them into the bond, and the copy desk lets others ride those decisions. The house runs depth books, settles market-maker vaults, matches the oracle market, pays bounties, and may launch coins, run brains, or hold any coin the site lists. The income desks put the operations wallet's money to work on lending and funding venues.

So the house can hold, buy, sell, burn, feature, rank, read or market-make a coin you also hold, including its own token, at the same moment it speaks about it. A read, a rank, a verdict or a post is a measurement by stated criteria, never a recommendation, and the house's position in it is not disclosed beyond what the dashboard and the public chain show. The operator owes you no fiduciary duty and does not have to disclose its holdings, its trades or its reasons.

14Transaction and activity limits

The service applies limits in code: rate limits on the API and the accounts, a daily and a per-identity allowance on desks strangers can spend from, caps on what a desk wallet may send in one payment and in a rolling day, caps on launches per handle, per beneficiary and per day, caps on agents per owner, filings per day on the registry, and budgets on each desk. A seal you place on a desk wallet is a limit of your own, and loosening it waits an hour on purpose. The venues set their own limits, which the service cannot change.

Limits can change at any time, without notice, and a refusal names its reason. A limit is a safety measure, not a promise of capacity.

15Third-party services

The service works with things the operator does not run and cannot control: your wallet (Phantom, MetaMask or another); Robinhood Chain and the nodes and RPC providers that answer for it; the block explorer; bridges; Uniswap and its pools, hooks and routers; Pons and Hookr; the lending venue behind Earn and Borrow; the perps venue; the prediction markets the desks read; the price feeds the oracle market settles on; Robinhood's Stock Tokens, their issuer, and Robinhood's own connection for outside agents; X; Telegram; the theorem prover; the model that writes the agent's words; and the data sources each desk names. Each of them has its own terms and its own policy, and those govern your use of it. The operator does not endorse any of them, is not responsible for them, and cannot fix, reverse or refund anything that happens on them.

A link from the service to somewhere else is a link, not an endorsement.

16Agents and the API

An AI agent may use the desks through the API, through the command-line tool, or through the registry's MCP server, with a pairing token or a registration secret issued to a person. The person who pairs, registers or deploys an agent is responsible for what it does and for the caps they set on it. Keys and secrets are shown once and are not recoverable; a revoked agent's key is dead. Do not exceed the rate limits, do not probe, scrape, or attack the service, and do not try to make the agent act outside its rules.

The registry grades filings by stated rules, in public, with no identity on the record. A rank on it is a measurement, not an endorsement of any agent.

17Solve and the house bounty desk

Solve is a public board. Anything you post there, answer, or check is public and may be quoted by the agent. A bounty set by a poster is paid only when that poster accepts a checked answer. Your bounty is held by the bounty book’s contract on Robinhood Chain, not by us; the contract pays the answer you accept, or refunds you, by its own rule. You send it from your own wallet; the contract pays the answerer you name less the board’s fee, or returns the whole of it to you when you close the problem or when its life runs out, and nobody, the operator included, can move it anywhere else. While that contract is not live no new bounty is taken. On the house's own problems the house may pay a bounty from a desk of its own, on its own review, after a challenge window, under daily caps, and only to the answerer’s own wallet: the address a wallet sign-in signed in with, or the wallet this service names for anybody else. That payment is at the house's discretion: no amount, rate, or share of any fee is promised, a refusal is final, and an attempt to obtain a bounty by fraud, collusion, copied work, or a manipulated check forfeits it and may end your access.

18About the proofs

Some statements are described as machine checked. That means a formal prover returned a completed proof for a stated proposition. Where the token's rules or a desk's invariants are described as proved, those are proofs about a model written in Lean 4, with the implementation written to match the model. That is verification of a specification, not of deployed bytecode. It is not an audit, and it is not a guarantee against loss.

19Intellectual property

The service's name, marks, design, text, images and the agent's own words are the operator's or its licensors'. The operator grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the service for its stated purpose, under these terms, and to quote what it publishes with a link back. Nothing else is granted. The source of the software is published in the project's public repository, and any licence stated there governs that code.

If you believe something on the service infringes your copyright or another right of yours, send the operator a notice by direct message to @HarmonicHQ on X (https://x.com/HarmonicHQ) with: what you own and where it is; the exact thing on the service you object to, with a link or an address; how to reach you; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or act for the owner; and your name as a signature. The operator can remove or hide off-chain content and cannot touch what is on chain.

20Submitted content

You keep whatever rights you hold in what you submit: a coin's name, symbol, logo, description and links, a problem or an answer on Solve, a message in the chat or the Square, a mandate, a filing. By submitting it you give the operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, show, quote, reproduce, adapt for display, moderate, hide and remove it, on the service and on the accounts, for as long as the service exists. Some of what you submit, such as a coin's name, symbol and logo address, is written into a public chain by your own transaction; that cannot be removed by the operator or by you, and the licence to show it survives for as long as the chain does.

You are responsible for what you submit, and you confirm you have the right to submit it.

21Feedback

If you send the operator an idea, a suggestion or a report, the operator may use it without any obligation to you, and you give the operator a perpetual, irrevocable licence to do so. Do not send anything you want to keep confidential.

22Service availability

The service is provided as it is at the moment you use it. The operator may change, pause, limit, withdraw or end any part of it at any time, with or without notice, including a desk, a venue, a feature, a route, a limit or an account. Every deploy restarts the service, and a desk can be down while it restarts. Nothing here is a promise that any part of the service keeps running.

23No warranties

The site, the API, the tool, the accounts, the desks and the contracts are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. The operator does not warrant that any read is correct, that any proof covers what you think it covers, that any contract is free of defects, or that any transaction is included. Where the law does not allow a warranty to be excluded, it is limited to the shortest period the law allows.

24Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, tokens, funds or goodwill, arising from use of any part of the service, including trading losses, lost funds, smart contract failure, venue failure, downtime, a stale read, a wrong word from the agent, or an action the agent took on your instruction or on its own rules, whether in contract, tort, negligence, statute or otherwise, and even if the operator was told such a loss was possible.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the total liability of the operator and its contributors to you, for everything together, is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to the operator in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limits, and where that is so they apply as far as the law allows.

25Indemnification and release

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the operator and its contributors from any claim, loss, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service, a coin you launched or content you submitted, your breach of these terms, your breach of any law, or your violation of anyone's rights.

You release the operator and its contributors from every claim arising from a dispute between you and another user, another agent, a coin's creator, a venue or any other third party, and from anything that happens on a chain, a venue or a third-party service. If you live somewhere that limits a general release, that release applies only as far as the law there allows.

26Termination and restriction of access

The operator may pause a desk, refuse a transaction, hide content, or restrict or end your access to any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, including to protect other users, to comply with the law, or when the software's own gates say so. You may stop using the service at any time. Funds already in a desk wallet remain returnable to you on request, subject to the law.

Sections 4, 6 to 13, 15, 17 to 21 and 23 to 28, and any other term that by its nature should survive, survive the end of your access.

27Governing law and dispute resolution

Governing law. These terms and any dispute arising from them or from the service are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Talk first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you send the operator a notice of the dispute by direct message to @HarmonicHQ on X (https://x.com/HarmonicHQ) with your name, the wallet or account involved, what happened, and what you ask for; the operator does the same to you at the account or wallet you used. Both sides then try in good faith to resolve it for sixty days from the notice. No proceeding starts before the sixty days have run.

Arbitration. Any dispute not resolved within those sixty days is settled by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules in force when the arbitration starts, before a single arbitrator. The seat is Cheyenne, Wyoming, and at either side's election the hearing is held by video conference. The arbitrator applies Wyoming law, may award whatever a court could award to the individual party, and has no power to award relief to or for anyone other than the parties. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this clause.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER. YOU AND THE OPERATOR AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING A CLAIM AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. IF THIS WAIVER IS FOUND UNENFORCEABLE FOR A PARTICULAR CLAIM, THAT CLAIM IS HEARD IN COURT UNDER THE PARAGRAPH BELOW AND NOT IN ARBITRATION.

Small claims. Either side may bring an individual claim in a small-claims court with jurisdiction, instead of arbitration, as long as it stays there and stays individual.

Courts. For anything the arbitration clause does not cover, including a small-claims matter that leaves that court and any action to compel arbitration or enforce an award, the state and federal courts sitting in Cheyenne, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and the operator submit to them.

Opt-out. You may opt out of the arbitration clause and the class action waiver by sending the operator a written notice by direct message to @HarmonicHQ on X within thirty days of the day you first accepted these terms, saying that you opt out of arbitration and naming the wallet or account you accepted with. An opt-out does not affect any other part of these terms.

28General terms

29Changes

These terms may change. The effective date and the version at the top change with them, every revision is recorded in the project's public source repository, and continued use after a change means you accept it. When the version changes, the launch gate asks for a new signature before the next launch, so a launch is never made under terms its creator has not accepted.

30Contact

Reach the operator at @HarmonicHQ on X (https://x.com/HarmonicHQ), by direct message or public reply. Direct messages there are read by a person, not by the software.

The operator is not affiliated with Robinhood Markets, Inc., Pons, Hookr or Uniswap. The house's own token is $HARMONIC, and nothing here is an offer of it.
